Request account deletion
Parents and guardians can request deletion of their school-managed Knowledgia app account and eligible associated data.
How to submit your request
- Send an email to info@knowledgia.edu.pk with the subject Knowledgia Parent App Account Deletion.
- Include the mobile number used to sign in and your name. The school office may contact you to verify that you own the account.
- After verification, the school will review your request, delete the app account and associated data that it is no longer required to keep, and inform you if any official school records must be retained.
For your safety: Do not send your password or a scanned CNIC by regular email. The school will explain any further identity-verification steps if needed.
What is deleted or retained?
Following verification, the school will delete your parent app account, app access credentials, device registrations and associated app data no longer required. Some official student/academic records, security logs or records required by law may need to be kept separately for the applicable purpose.
If you wish to correct a parent–student link instead of deleting your account, contact the school office at +92 308 308 0000.
